SkyDemon and Netbooks

One of the major features in the next release will be the addition of many of the InFlight GPS capabilities to the Plan product, which runs on desktop operating systems. This will mean that you can take a powerful netbook or tablet PC flying with you, running SkyDemon and with some kind of GPS dongle attached, for the richest moving map experience around.

Already we have included the moving map (north up and heading up) and approaching features instruments. We'd like to know what other InFlight functionality you would like to see though. Flying instruments? Time to next waypoint? Direct to? Runway centreline plotting? Let us know.
