Screen Brightness
The SkyDemon Mobile MD device has a bright screen, one of the brightest available for the size of device. It is suitable for the majority of
cockpit situations. For the best readability and contrast of your screen it is recommended that you always mount the device so that it is pointing
directly towards your face and is reflecting you, rather than the sky. From mid-June 2012 the Mobile MD is shipping with an enhanced screen
of increased brightness and resolution.
Battery Life
The quoted figure is for situations where the device backlight is set to maximum (its default setting). In traditional covered cockpits it
is unlikely that full brightness will be required, so it can be turned down to increase battery life. Battery life can also be extended with the
addition of a PowerMonkey (available in our online store).
