Been using the 30 day trial version on IPad 2, was so impressed I took up the full subscription including navigation but now having logged out and back in again for IPad to update. Can no longer get notams or updated weather.

Have plotted and saved routes but the notam and weather tabs just say they will be updated once a route has been created

Where am I going wrong. When looking in settings under communication it gives the status as offline as no network available, yet I am on my iPad now posting this fine and dandy

Can't see anywhere to force a connection or an update, any help welcomed

I have had exactly the same problem. If I create a new route the weather info updates fine and wind information is listed for each leg of the route in the pilots page. If I open a previously saved route the wind information does not update. And there is no wind information heading/speed for any of the journeys legs. I have also has issues with the software / iPad crashing when opening a large previously saved route.

Is there a bug with this issue on iPad?

I've worked out what's going on now - you need to alter the flight time for a previously saved route as the live weather updates don't go too far into the past or future..... Makes sense but had me confused (easily done) for a moment or two.

To clarify, if you have set a takeoff time that is in the past, SkyDemon can't deliver weather or NOTAM briefing for your flight. We've added a warning that should let you know if this situation arises in future.
