I have just bought the license SD and downloaded it onto my PC and then onto my 7" mobile GPS. I know that SD runs OK on this GPS as I tried it out with the evaluation version, but when I boot up the nav path for SD I get the evaluation screen and it tells me that the trial period has ended. Any help or ideas?

In skydemon on your PC, go to 'help' on your top menu and then'about' to see if the license has taken effect, it should give your licence expiry date.
If it doesn't make sure that you copy the license file into the documents folder and then sync with your device?

Thanks for the reply nje. I have checked the help folder and the about file tells me that my license runs out in February 2013.
I have re-synced my gps. SD has updated all of the files. It starts to boot up and then the same "evaluation out of date " comes up.

Try sticking your card into the card reader then open the Skydemon folder and then if it is in there , delete the license file.
Then sync your card with skydemon by using the conectivity option 'install skydemon on a new wince device' that should transfer the license.
If it doesn't just delete the skydemon folder from your card and then sync your card with the 'connectivity option as above
