Is it possible to add an option to display the aircraft in one of three positions, either the bottom of the screen (as it is now), approx 1/3 of the way up the screen and half way up the screen ?

I think this is a usefull feature, I know we don't care too much where we've been but it's really usefull to see more of the area over which you are flying sometimes rather than just in front of you, specially if you are doing short trips with tight turns.

Neil, this post was made referring to an early beta version of SkyDemon where the map did not follow the plane very well. SkyDemon now intelligently positions the map such that most of the map is showing the route ahead, whether you use north up or heading up orientation.

I agree the version before this one was better, this is a backward step having the aircraft at the bottom it should be a third up.
