Does this mean now it advises you of a bearing back to your track instead of the bearing from your current position towards the next waypoint? (You explained to me before the later was the case - this now seems to have changed?)

i will hopefully go flying later this afternoon so i can also test it in the air.

RE: 1.4 beta

Yes, this is the way it has always worked. The alternative would be for them to disappear after a period of time, during which you might not have seen them. They therefore appear as long as they remain applicable.

RE: 1.4 beta

no error, it worked absolutely brilliant yesterday.

one thing I noticed: the airspace warning constantly stayed on until I acknowledged them - can this be right?

RE: 1.4 beta

It always shows the bearing or correction needed to take you to the next waypoint.

If you believe something to be in error please post a screenshot and we'll take a look.
