When you establish an account with us either for evaluation of our products or as a customer, we hold certain information about you. This is normally your name, email address, phone number and postal address (only your name and email address for evaluation accounts). We do not pass this information on to any third party unless we need to do so for payment verification purposes (e.g. our card processor).
We do not collect, process or store credit/debit card information as this is handled by our chosen payment processor, Paypal.
We occasionally send newsletters by email to our customers and people who are evaluating our software. These can be stopped by simply replying to the email and asking us.
All our hardware is sold with a one year warranty covering defects in manufacture. In addition, if you change your mind and wish to return your hardware for any reason within 30 days of delivery you can do so. All we will ask is that you give us a reason for the return.
For a normal software purchase there is no physical item to return to us, and if you change your mind within 30 days of making the purchase you can request that the transaction be reversed.
None of our policies affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
